FAQs

I do not know coding. Is this course for me?

Yes, you do not need to know coding to start learning data science. You can learn it just like a tool, anytime, just like you learn the rules of the game, before playing it. Coding is like laboratory instruments, which you learn to use while doing experiments, not otherwise. Build your data science project will show you the way.

Do I need to know linear algebra, calculus, probability, statistics for the course?

No, you do not need to know. Initially, you will be taught the concepts from an intuitive point of view, while showing you the implementation, and interpretation of the algorithm. But to understand the algorithm(s) and to apply it(them) in a fundamental way, you need to know high school mathematics, and basics of probability and statistics. If you do not know linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics, you will only understand the algorithm in a limited manner (small dimensions, limited interpretation). If you can write the code of the algorithm from scratch, then you have understood the algorithm. The course is directed towards this fundamental idea: algorithm -> pseudocode -> code -> apply -> understand.

Is there any trial class? Will there be a discount for me?

There are recorded videos, and free courses for you to understand if the course will help you or not. No, there will be no discount for you. To talk more about the course, the plan, and to clarify your questions and doubts, please book a trial class, below. All the best.
